이용약관

1. 약관의 적용

이 약관은 안드로이드 앱 StepUp(이하 "앱")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하고 사용하시면 이 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 앱을 삭제해 주세요.

2. 서비스의 현재 상태

앱은 정식 출시 전 개발 단계에 있으며, 현재 다음과 같이 동작합니다.

• 구글 계정으로 로그인하며, 러닝 기록과 커뮤니티 활동은 StepUp 서버에 보관됩니다 (개인정보처리방침).
• 커뮤니티·랭킹·크루·코스·땅따먹기에는 실제 다른 이용자가 보입니다. 예시 데이터는 "데모" 표시가 있는 데모 모드에서만 나옵니다.
• 블록체인 지갑 연결과 SUP 출금은 아직 제공되지 않습니다.

3. SUP와 스니커즈에 대하여

3-1. 인앱 SUP는 포인트입니다

• SUP는 걷기·달리기로 적립되어 앱 안에서 스니커즈 민팅·강화·부스트에만 쓰입니다.
• 현금·상품권·다른 재화로 교환되지 않으며, 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
• 법정통화도, 예금도, 투자상품도, 지분도 아닙니다. 수익을 약속하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 구입할 수 있는 항목이 아닙니다. 앱에는 유료 결제가 없습니다.

3-2. 스니커즈는 앱 내 아이템입니다

스니커즈는 현재 앱 내 아이템이며(거래소에 올린 신발은 서버에 기록됩니다), 블록체인에 발행된 NFT가 아닙니다. 등급은 확률에 따라 결정되며, 확률은 앱 내 민팅 화면과 토큰 이코노미 문서에 공개되어 있습니다.

3-3. 앞으로의 온체인 전환

SUP와 스니커즈를 GIWA 블록체인에서 실제로 다루는 기능을 개발하고 있습니다. 그 기능이 제공되는 시점에 이 약관을 개정하고 별도로 동의를 받습니다. 전환 방식·시기·지역은 관련 법령 검토 결과에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 특정 시점이나 특정 조건의 전환을 약속하지 않습니다. 지역에 따라 출금 기능이 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.

4. 이용자의 책임

다음 행위를 금지합니다.

• 위치 조작 앱(가짜 GPS), 자동화 도구, 기기를 흔드는 장치 등으로 실제 이동 없이 적립을 시도하는 행위
• 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링하여 적립 로직을 변조하는 행위
• 타인을 사칭하거나, 욕설·혐오·불법 내용을 게시하는 행위
• 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위

앱은 GPS 속도와 케이던스의 타당성을 검사하며, 사람의 이동으로 보기 어려운 세션은 적립이 무효 처리될 수 있습니다. 적립은 서버가 GPS 경로와 걸음을 다시 확인해 계산하며, 위반이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

4-3. 이용자가 작성한 내용

게시글·댓글·코스 이름 등 이용자가 만든 내용에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다. 코스를 공개로 공유하시면 그 경로가 다른 이용자에게 보일 수 있습니다 — 집이나 직장에서 출발하는 경로를 공개하실 때는 이 점을 고려하세요.

권한별 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

6. 지식재산권

앱의 소스 코드는 GitHub 저장소에 공개되어 있으며, 저장소에 표시된 라이선스를 따릅니다. "StepUp" 이름과 로고, 스니커즈 디자인은 별도로 허락하지 않는 한 사용할 수 없습니다. 지도 데이터는 © OpenStreetMap 기여자들의 것이며 ODbL을 따릅니다.

7. 보증의 부인과 책임의 한계

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 오류가 없다거나 중단되지 않는다고 보증하지 않습니다. 측정값의 정확성, 특정 목적에의 적합성도 보증하지 않습니다.

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 저희의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 생명·신체에 대한 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다. 이 조항은 소비자가 관계 법령에 따라 가지는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

8. 서비스의 변경·중단

기능을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 시행 30일 전에 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 개발 단계에서는 데이터 구조 변경으로 기존 데이터가 초기화될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 사전에 알립니다.

9. 약관의 변경

약관이 바뀌면 시행일을 갱신하고 앱에서 알립니다. 변경 이후에도 앱을 계속 이용하시면 변경된 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으시면 앱을 삭제하시면 됩니다. 이전 버전은 저장소 변경 이력에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

10. 준거법과 분쟁 해결

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 원만한 해결을 시도하고, 해결되지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to the Android app StepUp. Installing and using it means you accept them. If you do not, please uninstall the app.

2. Current state of the service

The app is pre-release. You sign in with Google, and run records and community activity are kept on the StepUp server (see the privacy policy). Community, rankings, crews, courses and territory show real users; sample content appears only in demo mode, marked "Demo". Wallet connection and SUP withdrawal are not available yet. You can delete your account any time in Profile › Settings › Connected accounts (how to delete); server data is then deleted and cannot be restored.

3. SUP and sneakers

SUP is earned by walking and running and is spent inside the app only, on minting, upgrading and boosts. It cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else and is not refundable. It is not currency, a deposit, an investment, or a share in anything, and no return is promised. There are no paid purchases in the app.

Sneakers are in-app items stored on your device, not blockchain NFTs. Rarity is decided by odds that are published in the minting screen and in the token economy document.

We are building the on-chain versions of both. When those ship, these terms will be revised and consent obtained separately. The method, timing and regional availability depend on legal review, and no particular conversion is promised. Withdrawal may not be offered in some regions.

4. Your responsibilities

Watch where you are going. We are not responsible for accidents caused by looking at the screen while moving, or for injuries from overexertion. Consult a doctor before exercising if you have any health concerns. This is not a medical device — steps, distance, calories, heart rate and cadence are estimates and must not be used for medical decisions.

You may not: use mock-location apps, automation or shaking devices to accrue rewards without actually moving; reverse engineer the app to alter the earning logic; impersonate others or post abusive, hateful or unlawful content; or interfere with the service. The app checks GPS speed and cadence plausibility, and sessions that do not look like human movement may be voided. Server-side checks arrive with the on-chain features, and confirmed violations may result in restricted access.

You are responsible for content you write. Sharing a course publicly makes that route visible to others — consider that before publishing a route that starts at your home or workplace.

5. Permissions

Physical activity (step counting), Location (route, distance, speed — declining leaves step earning working), Notifications (run progress). Details in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Source code is public in the repository under the license stated there. The StepUp name, logo and sneaker artwork may not be used without permission. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, under ODbL.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app. We remain liable for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, and for damage to life or health, as applicable law requires. Nothing here limits consumer rights granted by law.

8. Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed or discontinued. Material changes that disadvantage users are announced 30 days in advance in the app or on this page. During development, data structure changes may reset existing data; we announce those in advance too.

9. Changes to these terms

We update the effective date and announce changes in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance; if you disagree, uninstall the app. Prior versions are in the repository history.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first addressed in good faith, and otherwise brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
