- StepUp 앱에서 내 정보 탭 → 설정 → 연결된 계정
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제 → 확인
바로 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱 없이 요청하기
앱을 이미 지웠다면 [email protected]으로 StepUp에 로그인한 구글 계정의 이메일에서 "계정 삭제 요청"이라고 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 지우고 답장드립니다.
지워지는 것
- 계정(이메일·이름)과 프로필
- 러닝 기록과 GPS 경로, 걸음 기록, SUP 적립·사용 내역
- 글·댓글·좋아요, 공유한 코스와 코스 기록, 땅따먹기 표시, 크루 가입 정보
- 푸시 토큰과 알림 설정
남는 것
- 다른 이용자와의 거래 기록 — 거래 사실은 상대방 기록에 남고, 내 계정 정보만 지워집니다.
- 이용 통계(Firebase Analytics) — 계정과 연결되지 않은 형태로 Google 보존 기간(기본 2개월) 뒤 지워집니다.
- 크루장이었다면 크루는 가장 오래된 크루원에게 넘어갑니다(크루원이 없으면 크루도 지워집니다).
Delete your StepUp account
In the app: Profile → Settings → Connected accounts → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app: email [email protected] from the Google account you used to sign in. We verify and delete within 7 days.
Deleted: account and profile, runs and GPS routes, step history, SUP history, posts, comments, likes, shared courses and course records, territory marks, crew memberships, push tokens and notification settings.
Kept: trades with other users keep the fact of the trade without your account; analytics data not tied to your account expires under Google's retention (2 months by default). Crews you owned pass to the longest-standing member.
